Termination
NEI reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this Site at any time if NEI
decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this Agreement or any relevant law, rule or
regulation or you have engaged in conduct that NEI considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Disclaimers
It is also understood and agreed that:

NEI has not entered into any form of fiduciary or brokerage relationship with you solely by granting you
    access to, and use of, the information and services available on this Site.

The incentive program offered for listing and selling your home is only available  where permitted under
    state and federal laws and when not otherwise prohibited by your lender. Currently, states which do not
    allow NEI to pay an incentive on real  estate transactions are AK, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OK, OR, TN
    and WV.  Although incentives are prohibited in some states, you are still eligible to receive the services
    offered under this program.  NEI reserves the right to reduce the amount of the incentive to be paid to
    you or eliminate it, if NEI does not receive a referral fee based on a minimum commission of 3% to the
    referred broker, or, if the sale price of the property is less than $25,000.

NEI is not acting as the representative of any real estate agent or broker referred to you and NEI has no
    liability for any losses you might incur as a result of transactions into which you may enter with, by or
    through any such real estate agent or broker.
	
    If you are receiving a corporate paid move by your employer through NEI you are ineligible to receive
    this offer. 
	
    There may be tax consequences associated with any incentive(s) you receive from using this service.

This program is subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation
without notice.

Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any material contained in this Site infringes your copyright, you should notify NEI
of your copyright infringement claim in accordance with the following procedure.

NEI will process notices of alleged infringement which it receives and will take appropriate action as
required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property

If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable
from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of thecourts of the State of Nebraska or, if appropriate, the United States District Court
for the District of Nebraska for resolution of any dispute, action or proceeding arising in connection
with this Agreement or your use or non-use of the Site, and you further irrevocably waive any right you
may have to trial by jury in any such dispute, action or proceeding.
